Summary
This paper aims to explore the devising and implementation of a suitable MBA curriculum that will enable all HE students and faculty staff to become acquainted with the theoretical, technical, legal and philosophical underpinnings of cultural diversity management with a view to fostering accessible and effective environments for all. Though still at a developmental stage, the research is conducted among business university students in Cyprus. For the purpose of the research, the whole population is investigated, since there will be no barriers in collecting data from each student –team member. Therefore, the sampling strategy is intentionally based on the population, since each individual is a candidate manager and a future policy maker in an organisation, in which effective diversity management will be essential for the overall success. The project addresses a gap in knowledge regarding the teaching approach of business courses and provides new methodologies in raising awareness and building knowledge and skills on understanding diversity.
